What are your shipping charges?
ANSWER:  For U.S. orders totaling $10 or less, shipping is $3.00. Orders of $11-20, will go for $5.50. Those between $21 and $40, will be $7.50. All orders $41 and up, will be a flat $9.50.

We welcome international orders. Once an order is placed, we will contact you with shipping options.

Why did something disappear from my shopping cart?
ANSWER: It is possible for the same stamp to be in more than one cart at a time. However, because we usually have only one of each stamp, the first one to go through check out gets it and it vanishes from any other cart.

How does Store Credit work?
ANSWER: It is "money" that folks have on the books. When selling stamps to usedrubberstamps.com, you have the choice to take 25% in cash or 35% as a Store Credit. If you choose a credit, a secret combination of numbers and letters will be sent to you to enter into the credit box at check out. Then that amount will be automatically deducted from the total due before shipping.

Is there much difference between a "Like New" stamp and a "Gently Used" one?
ANSWER: The stamps rated "Like New" may have been pre-owned, but they don't look used. They appear un-inked. The "Gently Used" stamps are slightly stained on the wood, the rubber, or both. And, those marked "Used Often" are more stained.

What is your PRIVACY POLICY?
ANSWER:  We collect the information you enter on forms at usedrubberstamps.com. This information will be used to correspond with you and to ship your orders. We will not sell, rent, or share this information with anyone outside of usedrubberstamps.com.

How secure is the information that I send to you?
ANSWER: We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive data via usedrubberstamps.com, it is protected both online and offline. Credit card numbers are encrypted and transmitted to us securely. You can verify this by looking for the closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address on the check out page.

Your information is also protected offline. The computers/servers on which we store data are kept in a secure environment. When we send a copy of a charge card transaction in your package, the card number is never included. When the information is no longer needed, it is cross shredded before it is discarded.
